I work for a temp to permanant agency and I'm now on my 4th year of service with no intentions of hiring full time. I was making $18 an hour when i first started but make only $17 an hour due to my agency reducing its hourly rate to said competition which never did take place. When i asked the Government about such actions they said they cannot do anything about it.
